The hard drives come formatted, but I have included all of the Alienware drivers and software CD's that include the installation of Windows XP Battery works great, and I will be including the charger as well. Motherboard has been recently replaced due to a forgotten password, so you are getting a brand new motherboard on an excellent, used, laptop.
