Description
We are pleased to now offer custom designed and fabricated aluminum radiators for your Streetrod with old school Ford Flathead V8's, standard Ford V8's, Chevy, Oldsmobile, Pontiac, Buick, Old-School Hemi's or modern Mopar Power, or anything you may have in your garage! We can design any kind of radiator: vertical flow (top and bottom tank configuration) or cross-flow(side tank configuration). We design every radiator we build according to YOUR needs and dimensions and then our radiator builder builds it from scratch. THESE ARE MADE FROM SCRATCH SO EXPECT TO WAIT A LITTLE LONGER THAN IF YOU BUY A COOKIE CUTTER RADIATOR: This process normally takes 4-5 weeks once the design is finalized and you sign off on it. The radiators carry a 1year warranty against leaking in any way with FREE leak repair within one year from date of purchase. We have built radiators for hundreds of classic and muscle cars as well (see common radiators that we have done on the chart below). So whether your building a streetrod or a 1955-57 Chevy 210, Nomad or Bel-Air, Camaro, Firebird, Chevelle, Nova, Corvette, S10, Mustang, Maverick, Ranger, or even a Pantera we can design a radiator for you and have it made! You want a polished radiator? We can do that too! We can also add a A/C condensor to the front of the rad to make installation of your A/C kit easier. Our logo WILL NOT be on your radiator, this is just to protect the photo from being used elsewhere. This is a recent polished radiator we made for a '93 Chevy Fullsize show truck with two chrome plated electric fans, internal transmission cooler and heater hose fitting. Here is a killer polished radiator for a '67 Chevelle decked out with optional dual 11" chrome fan/shroud set up, internal transmission cooler & chrome radiator cap. Notice the keyhole slots. You use carriage bolts(included) to mount the adjustable mounts(also included) to your grill shell. Here is a unpolished '32 with a fan shroud and a 2170 cfm curved blade puller fan mounted which was a $275 upgrade. Here is the same set up after we put a show quality POLISH job on it!! We only use 16 fins per inch cores, not a circle track core designed for high speed only. Our cores cool at a stand still with the A/C on in the Arizona Desert! This is a prime example of what we can do for you. This radiator was built for a Pro-Touring Mustang. This was built with optional double-pass tanks, temp. sensor bung & OPTIONAL chrome plated dual 11" fan assembly. Here you can see the quality of the TIG welds on our radiators.
