If you are really looking to impress your customers you have found the perfect business cards. First I take a photograph of you and then draw out your face. The face is then placed on the body form. Your wording is then incorporated into the business cards. And just wait until you get everyone's reactions! This package includes 250 Custom Business Cards professionally printed on glossy or matte cardstock Copyright for the final business card design will be held by Take it Personally by Christine. Any reprints must be ordered through Take it Personally by Christine. Any reproduction or use of the image without permission is a violation of the copyright.If you would like to purchase the copyright to the final image it is a $300 charge. Once the design is complete you will be emailed the final design in pdf, giff and ai formats. *note no physical business cards are included with this option. Please contact me for more info on this option. How the process works and the items that will be needed Photographs To start I will need 3 photographs. I will need 3 pictures so that I can choose the one that will work the best. Make sure it is a very clear photo and the must be face larger than a quarter in the original picture. Close ups work the best. Professional photography can only be used with the written consent of the photographer. Photos can be mailed or emailed. Mailed photos will be returned in original condition with your order. Emailed photos should be sent at a high resolution. Low resolution or unclear photos I cannot use. Any questions on how to get high resolution images please contact me before purchasing. *Note: When I create the image I choose only one image I know will work the best the other two photos I do not use in any way. I use that photo as a template that I draw on top of. So what the person looks like in the photo I choose is exactly what they will look like in the final cartoon. Please try to then choose photos that you like everything from their hair to the expression on their face even the way they are smiling. Make sure that you like all photos equally because I will choose the one that works the best even if there is one you like better. Also send photos of how that person normally wears their hair. Wording Your text for the business card needs to be emailed. I accept Word and Excell documents or you can include it in an email. The wording on the sample card is just an example. Please send me the details just as you would like them worded on the your card with spelling checked. I will then arrange the type to fit the card. Proof Your proof will be emailed within 5 business days after the photographs and payment have been received. At this time you should review the proof and determine what changes or corrections need to be made. Once you have approved the proof no further changes can be made. If changes are needed you will receive them the next business day at the latest. A total of 3 sets of changes will be allowed. Any additional changes will be a $5.00 charge per set of changes. All changes requested must be approved before your order is printed. If no communication is received after proof has been emailed within two weeks your order will be mailed as is. Shipping Your busines cards will be mailed out within 2 weeks after proof has been approved. You have a choice of Priority Mail Shipping (2-5 business days) and Express Shipping (1-2 business days). If you need your order quickly I recommend choosing Express shipping. Turn Around Time From the date that all info and payment has been received it will be 15-18 business days until you receive your order.
