In my examples I've used photos superimposed on the cover, beautiful handmade papers, gameboards and old antique books to create a cool look. Then I bind paper that the recipient will use (different for writing, drawing, gluing or painting.) The binding I use is called COPTIC. It allows for a braided look along the spine, allowing the book to lie flat while being used. I use waxed linen thread, offering strength and beautiful earth tones. For Using objects like old books or game boards, the purchaser must buy their own and send it to the artist. This can be arranged via email.
