The tilt adjust system used in USA model guitars provides a very valuable tool in the proper and complete adjustment of your guitar. This component allows adjustment of the angle of your neck in relationship to the body for Lowest possible playing action . Without it, the complicated and time consuming task of  removing your neck multiple times & adding shims to your neck pocket is the only way to correct that angle.
